Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. After leaving gymnastics Ariel Khadr began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. Then she received her Pro Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was 16, and she quit gym class. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old the athlete was granted her pro card. She became the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to stop her work for six years to complete her studies. After finishing her college studies Ariel returned to the stage in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a few more years, setting new targets each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her among the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) in the history of fitness. Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel had a 6-year hiatus from competing so she could complete her degree at college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. Her finish was 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in be a part of the Fitness Olympia. Ariel stepped onto the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel was pleased to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. Given that she competed against the some of the top competitors. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's favorite body part to exercise is the back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine in addition to bent-over row. Ariel usually starts warming up then moves on to the working sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. Converting all the exercises back into three or four supersets of 10-12 reps are her thing.
